oPERATOR (FRESH / ENTRY LEVEL)

Responsibilities: 

  1. Be self-disciplined, punctual, and comply with company employee handbook and rules.
  2. Attend daily production briefings and follow task assignments from the Production Supervisor.
  3. Carry out production duties in compliance with safety requirements, SOPs, and standardized work procedures, including product production, packing, and labelling.
  4. Perform duties at the designated work zone, except during rest hours or when reassigned to another zone.
  5. Report any product quality issues, machine problems, or abnormal production conditions to the immediate superior.
  6. Collect and record production data such as output quantity and rejected items.
  7. Perform product quality checks and measurements hourly and record results on the check sheet.
  8. Support and participate in daily 6S activities and housekeeping requirements.
  9. Attend multitask job training and perform multitask duties when required.
  10. Participate in small group improvement activities as assigned.
  11. Work strictly according to the production schedule; over-production or shortages are not allowed.
  12. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior related to the scope of work.

QUALITY aSSURANCE (QA) OFFICER (FRESH / ENTRY LEVEL)

Position Level: Junior / Officer Level

Job Specialization: Manufacturing – Quality Assurance (QA)

Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional Degree

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities: 

Audit Compliance – Product Certification

  • Understand, interpret, and implement product quality assurance standards in accordance with factory-accredited standards.
  • Liaise with external certification bodies for surveillance and renewal audits to maintain product certification validity.
  • Assist in applications for new product or management system certifications.
  • Prepare, follow up, and close audit documentation and testing requirements.
  • Support the adequacy, suitability, and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain calibration of equipment and measuring devices according to schedule.
 

Audit Compliance – Quality Management System

  • Assist in planning and conducting internal audits.
  • Review, revise, and maintain departmental SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Maintain and improve document, data, and quality records control systems.
  • Compile, prepare, and analyse internal audit reports, corrective action reports, and KPIs.
  • Assist in coordinating Management Review Meetings.
  • Support training and education activities related to quality awareness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
 

Quality Improvement & Internal Reject Reduction

  • Generate quality non-compliance analysis reports and investigate root causes of failures.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments through Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
  • Assist in resolving production operation issues to ensure process stability and product quality.
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and finished products.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for customer complaints.
  • Coordinate new material or product trial runs.
  • Review and revise sampling procedures, quality data recording, and inspection systems.
  • Assist AED team with drawings, stock code creation, and related tasks when required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior related to the scope of work.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.

  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015.
  4. Experience in internal audits, NCR handling, and quality improvement tools.
  5. Familiar with QA tools such as 5S, FMEA, 5 Why Analysis, 7 QC Tools, 8D, SPC.
  6. Understanding of Lean Management principles.
  7. Good communication and writing skills in English and Malay.
  8. Strong organizing, coordinating, and problem-solving skills.
